From the ongoing insatiable demand for the machine, to the reports of damage and injuries stemming from over-excited gamers and flimsy controller wrist straps, the Wii has already cemented its place in the public’s consciousness.

iPod is the world’s best-selling range of digital audio players from Apple Computer launched in 2001. Its worldwide mainstream adoption makes it one of the most popular consumer brands. The full-sized model stores media on an internal hard drive, while the smaller iPod nano and iPod shuffle use flash memory. Like many digital audio players, iPods can also serve as external data storage devices. The fifth generation consists of the video-capable iPod, the smaller colorful iPod nano, and the display-less iPod shuffle which has a random-play capability.
